Internal Control System

An Internal Control team has been set up in the Group in order to verify the extent of application of the Quality Systems and Processes which have been decided for its optimum operation.

The Team has been established by trained auditors or external partners, with the objective:

• Of confirming the application of the relative functional specifications of the Group
• Of recognising divergences
• Of defining the necessary corrective measures for the purpose of improvement.

Controls take place periodically in cooperation with the Directors of the companies in the Group and a report is drawn up to inform the Management. During controls, employees are encouraged to submit their proposals for improvements.
